    If you want to know what this book covers your need to use s Search Inside feature and look at the table of contents for this book It is a very comprehensive TOC that shows the detailed breakdown of topics covered.Broadly it is broken into three major sections with many chapters and many topics inside of chapters The first section covers what you can do individually to change and is the largest in the book The second section is a little shorter and deals with other people, things like motivating others, meetings, presentations, etc The third section is much smaller and covers the company you work for.This book is extremely well organized with many small topic sections and it needs to be because there is a ton of information in this book it is very content dense The book has summary bullet points at the end of each chapter that are very well done and effectively summarize the contents and the actions you need to take There are a large number of references to scientific research Due to the broad range of content this book is best digested in small doses and not long reading sessions.Highly recommended.
