Un libro malo, no por incompleto, que lo es sino por ser una colecci n de obviedades que no aportan nada.

This book should be part of the guT check for every athlete in a minor sport. If you can accept the advice here you will have faced understanding the true cost of success If you balk at any step or cost it is a sign you need to focus on something else.Too many people don t realize what all the parts are For those who do, too many think that they can skip one step or another. That said, a warning The book just tells the simple truth It explains it does not persuade You can read it quickly and ignore it just as fast or conclude it applies only to Judo. But it applies to almost every attempt at peak performance.Take the time and listen.

I downloaded this when it was offered as a free promotion, so I have no complaints However, if I had paid for it, I would have given it 1 star and been quite dissatisfied.I don t disagree with what is in this book, but at 35 pages, it is far too brief general to qualify as an Ultimate Guide There are many sweeping assertions but no independent references offered for support There are several meatier books I would recommend. One should also keep in mind that the perception of being or producing a champion spans a wide range Junior and Senior champions are hardly the same Making a national team in the U.S and placing internationally are also quite different.
